The Hotel is just off Las Ramblas the most famous street
in Barcelona where street entertainment and human statues are rife. This
is definitely the busiest area of the city and a focal point for people
of all different lifestyles and nationalities.In the centre of the street
is a wide pedestrian area which is perfect for wheelchair users. There are
markets, museums, statues and the central square of Barcelona, Plaça
Catalunya, to keep you occupied. The hotel is quite small with only 67 rooms, one of which is adapted, giving it an intimate and personal feel. |
There is a small ramp running from the reception to the lift. The room has two single beds which could be moved to form a double bed if desired. The bathroom is a little on the small side but is adequate enough to maneuver. There are grab rails for the WC and bath although they are poorly situated for the bath . This hotel is not recommended for people with severe mobility impairments unless using a hoist which can be rented through Accessible Barcelona. people when booking. |
